RootCause.ai is organized into workspaces within organizations:
Organization
Your top-level account. Contains workspaces, users, and billing settings. Most companies have one organization with multiple workspaces for different teams or projects.
Workspace
A collaborative environment for a specific project or team. Each workspace has its own datasets, ontology, digital twins, and reports. Use workspaces to separate different analytical domains—marketing might have one workspace, operations another.
