# On interval

> Tick the reactive tier every N seconds so a live dashboard re-reads its connector without polling.

Ticks the reactive tier every `everyS` seconds.

The only reactive-only module: it exists so a live dashboard can re-read a connector on a timer without a durable run behind every tick. Between 30 seconds and a day; for anything that should survive the page being closed, use OnSchedule.

### `everyS`

`number` · required · defaults to `300`

Seconds between ticks, from 30 to a day.
